ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்திற்கான போராட்டத்தை தொடர CEC முடிவு.

தோழர்களே!

     2023 நவம்பர் 19-20 தேதிகளில் புனேவில் நடைபெற்ற மத்திய செயற்குழுக் கூட்டம் நமது ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்திற்கான போராட்டத்தைத் தொடர முடிவெடுத்துள்ளது.

          இச்செயற்குழுவின் பொருளாய்வுக்குழு அமர்வில் 28 தோழர்கள் அறிக்கை, அமைப்புநிலை மற்றும் முக்கியமான பிரச்சினைகள் குறித்த விவாதத்தில் பங்கேற்றனர்.

     விவாதங்களுக்கு பதிலளித்து தொகுப்புரை வழங்கிய பொதுச்செயலாளர் தோழர். கே. ஜி. ஜெயராஜ் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றம் குறித்த நடவடிக்கைகளை விளக்கினார்.

     செப்டம்பர் 20, 2023 அன்று டெல்லி PBCAT வழங்கிய தீர்ப்பு மற்றும் அதன் தொடர்ச்சியான தாக்கங்களை விளக்கினார்.

       அரசும், DoT அதிகாரவர்க்கமும் வழக்கு மற்றும் தீர்ப்பின் பின்னணியில் ஏற்கனவே தாமதமாகி வரும் ஓய்வூதிய மாற்றத்தை மேலும் தாமதிப்பது உறுதி. எனவே நாம் நமது போராட்டத்தை தொடர்வது அவசியமானது.

          முதல் கட்டமாக, பென்சன் மாற்றப் பிரச்னையின் நிலைமை குறித்து நாடு முழுவதும் அனைத்து மட்டங்களிலும் 2023 டிசம்பர் 1 முதல் 10 வரை விரிவான பிரச்சாரத்தை மேற்கொள்வதென CEC முடிவு செய்தது.

மற்ற பிரச்சினைகளில் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்கள் பின்வருமாறு

1. 30-08-2022 தேதியிட்ட கார்ப்பரேட் அலுவலக உத்தரவின்படி BSNL ஊழியர்களுக்கு பட்டுவாடா செய்யப்படும் போதே ஓய்வூதியர்களுக்கும் மருத்துவப் பலன்களை சரியான நேரத்தில் செலுத்துவதை உறுதிசெய்யவும்.

2. CGHS பயனாளிகள் எதிர்கொள்ளும் சிரமங்களைத் தணிக்க அரசு மற்றும் CGHS அதிகாரிகள் அவசர நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

3. மகாராஷ்டிராவின் VRS ST ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கு நிறுத்திவைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள ஓய்வூதிய பலன்கள் மற்றும் முழுமையான மாத ஓய்வூதியத்திற்கு உடனடியான தீர்வு தேவை.

4. 2023 நவம்பர் 28 அன்று Joint Forum of BSNL Unions சார்பில் ஊதிய மாற்றம் மற்றும் BSNLக்கு 4G/5G சேவை வழங்கிடக்கோரி நடைபெறும் மனிதச் சங்கிலி இயக்கத்திற்கு நமது முழு ஆதரவையும் நல்கிட வேண்டும்.

உறுப்பினர் எண்ணிக்கையை அதிகரிப்பதற்கான அனைத்து முயற்சிகளையும் மேற்கொள்ளவும், குறைந்தபட்சம் 20 சதவீத உறுப்பினர் எண்ணிக்கையை அதிகரிக்கவும், டெலி பென்ஷனர் இதழுக்கான 20 சதவீதம் கூடுதல் சந்தாதாரர்களைச் சேர்க்கவும் மாவட்ட / மாநிலச்சங்களுக்கு CEC அறைகூவல் விடுத்துள்ளது.

     இறுதியில் AICGPA (HQ-Pune) அமைப்பின் பொதுச்செயலாளர் தோழர். H.F.சௌதாரி CEC க்கு வாழ்த்துரை வழங்கினார்.

         மத்திய செயற்குழு வெற்றிகரமாக நடைபெறுவதற்கு சிறப்பான ஏற்பாடுகளைச் செய்ததற்காக வரவேற்புக் குழுவிற்கு CEC சார்பில் வாழ்த்துகளும் நன்றியும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

PUNE CEC CONCLUDED WITH THE DECISION TO CONTINUE THE STRUGGLE FOR PENSION REVISION.

The Central Executive Committee meeting held at Pune on 19-20 November, 2023 has concluded with the decision to continue the struggle for pension revision.

In the subject session 28 comrades participated in the discussion on the report and on important organisational issues. Replying to the discussion Com. K G Jayaraj, General Secretary explained the developments on pension revision
after the PBCAT judgment on 20th September, 2023 and its possible implications. The government and the DoT buerocracy under the cover of the case and judgment is certain to prolong the already delayed pension revision. Therefore further struggle is warranted and as the first step, the CEC decided for an extensive campaign from 1st to 10th December, 2023 at all levels all over the country.

The following are the resolutions adopted on other issues.

1. Ensure timely payment of Medical benefits at par with the employees by BSNL as per the order dated 30-08-2022.

2. The Government and the CGHS authorities should initiate urgent action to mitigate the difficulties being faced by the CGHS beneficiaries.

3. Immediate settlement of denial of retirement benefits and regular pension to VRS ST retirees of Maharashtra

4.To extend full support and solidarity to the Human Chain by the Joint Forum of BSNL Non-Executives Unions on 28th November 2023 demanding wage revision and immediate launching of 4G/5G by BSNL.

The CEC called upon the Circle/ District branches to make all out efforts for increasing the membership and to enroll at least 20 per cent of the membership as subscribes of Tele Pensioner.

Com. H F Chaudhari, General Secretary, AICGPA HQ Pune greeted the CEC.

The CEC congratulated and thanked the Reception Committee for the excellent arrangements made for the successful conduct of the Central Executive Committee.
