COM. SITARAM YECHURY PASSED AWAY.
It is with a heavy heart that we report the sad demise of Com. Sitaram Yechuri, General Secretary of CPI(M) just a few minutes ago. He was battling against serious lung infection at AIMS, New Delhi for the last few days.
It is great loss to the entire progressive movements, not only in India but globally. He has taken the lead role in uniting all the left and democratic parties against authoritarian regime in the country.
